Hi, I'm Crystal Williams. I'm a birth and life coach, educator & personal development mentor in Winnipeg.

My path to creating Journey Home Wellness started a few years back as a way to stay connected to a lifelong passion of mine; the passion of supporting women and families through the most profound journey of their lives...the journey into motherhood and parenthood. I am a trained registered midwife (non-pract) of over 10 years; however, when life circumstances changed and practicing as a midwife was no longer possible, I became certified as a birth/life coach, and educator to continue the work I so deeply enjoy of supporting new and growing families. My wish is to be a part of your journey; to offer guidance, support and education, to help empower you to have the most extraordinary experience possible in the most important role you will ever take on. Whether your journey brings you back into yourself, your true home, or taking the first steps into this next exciting phase of your life...Let me be your guide.

I work with clients one-on-one when requested. One-on-one allows us to go deeper into what it is you want to create for yourself with support. It is ideal when we can work together over a series of sessions to really experience breakthroughs or solidify new ways of being

I specialize in helping people to recognize unhelpful patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and core beliefs that are negatively influencing their lives and how to break free from these patterns
